How to Request a Return or Cancellation

The quickest way to request a return, or to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, is through your customer account: account.onebout.com. Sign in with your email and the 6-digit code we send you (no password needed), select the item and a reason, and submit your request. We'll review it and email you the next steps, including a return shipping label if your request is approved. For a size exchange, please email shipping@onebout.com directly, as exchanges can't be processed through self-service. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

Size Exchange (30 Days)

If your item doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for a different size of the same product within 30 days of receipt.

• Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
• How it works: Email shipping@onebout.com with your order number and the size you'd like. Once we receive the returned item, we'll ship the new size at no extra charge.
• Costs: Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we cover sending the replacement size to you.
• Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock in the requested size. If it's unavailable, you can choose another size, a different product, or a refund.
• Scope: Offered in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal below.

Returns & Warranty (Complaints Procedure)

• Warranty period: All consumer goods carry a 24-month warranty starting from the date of receipt.
• How to file a claim: The customer ships the item back at their own cost to our registered address, together with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
• Resolution time: Claims are processed without undue delay, no later than 30 days. If we miss this deadline, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract or request an exchange.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper handling.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (per § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code). The period runs from the day you receive the goods; for orders with several items delivered separately, it runs from the day you receive the last item. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next business day.

• Procedure: Goods must be returned complete, undamaged, and unused (ideally in original packaging with tags).
• Costs: Return shipping costs are paid in full by the buyer.
• Refund: We return your funds within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods, or until you prove you have sent them back — whichever is earlier.
• Exclusions: Withdrawal is not possible for goods in sealed hygienic packaging that has been opened, or for custom-made goods.
