Returns & Warranty (Complaints Procedure)

• Warranty period: All consumer goods carry a 24-month warranty starting from the date of receipt.
• How to file a claim: The customer ships the item back at their own cost to our registered address, together with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
• Resolution time: Claims are processed without undue delay, no later than 30 days. If we miss this deadline, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract or request an exchange.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper handling.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (per § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code).

• Procedure: Goods must be returned complete, undamaged, and unused (ideally in original packaging with tags).
• Costs: Return shipping costs are paid in full by the buyer.
• Refund: Funds are returned to the buyer's account within 14 days of withdrawal, no sooner than the moment we receive the returned goods or proof of dispatch.
• Exclusions: Withdrawal is not possible for goods in sealed hygienic packaging that has been opened, or for custom-made goods.
